The event operations platform built for golf clubs.
Golf days and functions shouldn't be managed across tee sheets, spreadsheets, emails, messages and separate systems. When player numbers change, catering is updated or event timings move, every department needs to know.
VenueLinks keeps the entire event in one place. Update it once and everyone stays up to date — from the first booking and tee time through to the final run sheet on event day.
Founding Venue Program — 10 clubs, by application.
Every department, one source of truth
See it in action
The same event record, three points of view
Every event on one calendar, colour-coded by type
Golf days, member events, conferences, and internal meetings all live on the same calendar — filter by type, status, coordinator, or space, and each staff member can subscribe to their own view from Apple, Google, or Outlook.

Platform
Everything a venue needs, in one place
Built for golf clubs — not a generic events tool stretched to fit. No more running corporate days off emails, spreadsheets, and know-how that lives with one person on the team.
Golf operations
Shotgun starts, comp formats, tee colours, and novelty comps — set once, printed everywhere.
Department-filtered BEOs
One event record generates a clean brief per department — kitchen never sees pricing, ops never sees internal notes.
Calendar & space conflicts
A month view built for venues, with live conflict warnings before you double-book a room.
F&B & menus
Menu packages, beverage packages, dietary notes, and catering counts that flow straight to finance.
Built for golf clubs, not stretched to fit
Kitchen, finance, and read-only roles match how a golf club actually runs — fields and screens built with golf clubs in mind, not bolted on from generic event software.
Invoicing & finance reporting
Player charges, catering, and flat fees roll up to an all-in per-head figure — before the invoice goes out.
Group bookings
Large group enquiries — weddings, tournaments, corporate days — tracked from first enquiry to confirmed booking, with custom fields, assigned coordinators, and payment schedules built for each group.
Stay & Play
Multi-day golf-and-accommodation packages — rooms, tee times, meals and itinerary held on one group record, so the golf, the beds and the dinner never drift apart.
Course maintenance
Closures, renovations and prep windows sit on the same calendar as the events — so the course team and the events office plan around each other, not into each other.
CRM & pipeline
Contacts, organisations, and an Event Enquiries pipeline that turns a cold enquiry into a booked event — without leaving VenueLinks for a separate CRM.
How it works
From setup to service brief in three steps
Set up your venue
Configure departments, roles, spaces, and menu packages once. Every event pulls from the same venue-level setup.
Build the event
One record captures the run sheet, F&B, golf ops, and finance — no separate spreadsheet for each department.
Everyone gets their brief
Department-filtered BEOs and task lists are generated from the record and stay current — when the event changes, every brief is updated live.
We're selecting 10 founding clubs
VenueLinks is opening its Founding Venue Program to a small group of golf clubs — by application only. Selected clubs spend three months working directly with the team building VenueLinks, shaping the product around the problems specific to their operation, before the wider platform launches.
- Direct input into what gets built next
- A three-month build process, working directly with the team
- Custom configuration for how your club runs
Tell us a bit about your club. We run a short selection process to confirm fit before starting the founding build.
FAQ
Questions from the office, the kitchen, and the pro shop
No. VenueLinks isn't a tee-time booking engine — it's a separate, standalone system for the operational side of a golf day or function (BEOs, space bookings, F&B, finance), not member tee-time booking. There's no integration between the two today.
